About Santa Skivvies Run
Santa Skivvies Run is San Francisco AIDS Foundation’s iconic holiday fun run through the Castro where participants strip down to their skivvies (or best festive gear) to raise funds for HIV prevention, care, and harm reduction services.
By registering, fundraising, or donating, you help provide free HIV and STI testing, access to PrEP and PEP, overdose prevention and syringe access, and community programs that support people living with or at risk for HIV. Join us, have a blast, and make a real impact for the health and wellbeing of our community.

Magnet at Strut offers free and confidential HIV and STI testing, PrEP/PEP services, and sexual-health care in a welcoming, sex-positive environment. Drop-in services are available Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. No appointment necessary.
