Topics include goal setting, triggers, navigating relationships and sex-drug linked behavior, exploring emotions, and also nutrition, hydration, day-after recovery and general health and well-being.

Abstinence Support Group

A safe space for people with abstinence goals to support one another, share knowledge, and learn skills. We help you achieve and maintain abstinence from all substances.

Skills and Thrills

Join us for a discussion on what actually works, and what does not. We will talk skills, coping, managing emotions, distress tolerance, drug linked sexual behavior, how to make a plan to meet your goals, and much more.
